Sorry I haven’t posted in a while. Today I wanted to share the fact that my class did a fingerprints project using tape and graphite. You can search how to do this and it is really cool!

• Before finger prints people used bone measurements to identify others
• DId you know you can bye born without fingerprints?
• Also did you know koalas have fingerprints too!
• There are 3 types of fingerprints (assuming you have or will do the project) whorls, loops, and ridges with many sub categories
• The fingerprints identification system was first introduced in 1901
• The system was quickly adapted and used by the the authorities
• DId you know that identical twins don’t even have the same fingerprints!?
• One final fact is that the British Police force once ordered an entire town to submit their fingerprints
